Obsługą zawsze bardzo pomocna! Wspaniała Pani kierownik. Zawsze wracam z przyjemnością na zakupy.
Bardzo duży sklep, duży wybór, pracownicy zawsze pomocni. Jak czegoś na sklepie nie ma lub nie ma mojego rozmiaru zawsze pomogą żeby znaleźć w innym sklepie lub pomogą zamówić. Widać że zależy im na każdym kliencie. Napewno wrócę na kolejne zakupy
Jestem skrajnie rozczarowany i oburzony poziomem obsługi w sklepie Guess. Kupiona przeze mnie koszula w sklepie wyglądała dobrze w lustrze, ale w domu okazało się, że absolutnie mi się nie podoba. Kiedy próbowałem ją zwrócić, odmówiono mi. Chciałem otrzymać przynajmniej część pieniędzy z powrotem, ale sklep kategorycznie odmówił pójścia na rękę klientowi. Jest to szczególnie oburzające, biorąc pod uwagę, że zwroty są możliwe dla zakupów online, ale klientów dokonujących zakupów offline się ignoruje.
Co więcej, znalazłem małe plamy na koszuli, co jeszcze bardziej pogarsza sytuację. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego tak znany sklep pozwala sobie na tak okropne traktowanie klientów. Są gotowi na zawsze stracić klienta, który już nigdy nie skorzysta z ich usług, byle tylko nie zwrócić pieniędzy.

I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the level of service at the Guess store. The shirt I bought looked good in the store mirror, but at home, I realized I absolutely don’t like it. When I tried to return it, they refused. I wanted to get at least a partial refund, but the store categorically refused to accommodate the customer. This is especially outrageous considering that returns are possible for online purchases, but offline customers are ignored.
Moreover, I found small stains on the shirt, which makes the situation even worse. I don’t understand why such a well-known store allows itself to treat customers so terribly. They are willing to lose a customer forever, who will never use their services again, just to avoid giving a refund.
Don’t go to Guess to avoid being cheated. Terrible service and complete lack of respect for customers.
