This was such a good experience; one of my favorite escape rooms I’ve done. Very involved, the right amount of difficulty, and an engaging host. Just make sure you call ahead to schedule your time slot! Thanks guys!!

Cuckoo’s Clock.
Took 7 minutes for the game guide to go get markers that were forgotten. The room wasn’t reset right and employees had to come in twice to fix it.
Didn’t pay attention to players and when we were stuck on a puzzle for TWENTY MINUTES the guide didn’t chime in once or notice we were stuck. And when we asked for a clue it wasn’t even on the puzzle we were stuck on!
The puzzles don’t flow together and some of the puzzles are so convoluted that we went in with two players that have done and completed over 30 different escape rooms and finished with THREE puzzles not done. We solved two of those three clues but couldn’t advance due to the puzzles having to be manually triggered WHEN WE DIDN’T KNOW THEY HAD TO BE! We thought we got them wrong and were stuck!
I felt utterly ignored and was fuming at the end. The performance by the game guide, Tyler was just embarrassing. We asked for help and didn’t get adequate help.
We were all openly OUT LOUD saying how frustrated we were at the puzzles and didn’t get a single hint or the game guide check on us ONCE. The team lead should have come into the room and talk to us.
It was just utterly unacceptable. I paid $35 dollars for an experience I felt mad and utterly ignored in. It felt like the game guide was on his phone half the time and just ignoring us or brand new and woefully unprepared for running the room solo.
I’m going to go online later and demand a refund. Unacceptable. $35 for an experience that was NOT worth it, I will not return.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in an escape room.
I’ve worked in escape rooms for 3 years and been to over 30 escape rooms in MN. This was by far the WORST player experience I have ever had in any escape room. I was really looking forward to playing at this location because it was my first time here, and I don’t think I will ever spend my money to play here again.
To start off, our game guide started negging our team without any outward permission from us that our team would be okay with that. The game guide overall was either not fully trained, or incredibly distract-able during our game. When we would ask for a clue, it would take a minimum of 2 minutes to receive any help, and when we did get it, it was either unrelated to the puzzle we were asking for help on/ actively working on, or the most obvious clue from their clue set that we already knew.
The room itself was not reset properly, and when we brought up a very large issue in the second space, it took ten minutes AFTER asking about it for anyone to come into the room and fix it (mind you, this was also without the issue being acknowledged by the game guide, so when they came into the room, we were all utterly confused as to what was happening). The entire time, our whole team was explaining how frustrated we were and how we felt the help we received was inadequate with no follow-up, or acknowledgement from the game guide other than a “did you have fun” at the end of our game. We asked for a total of 6-7 clues. Only TWO of our clues actually helped us in the game. The puzzles inside the room did not flow, and were some of the most convoluted puzzles I have seen.
This is the first of 30 rooms I have played that I have not escaped, and it was simply due to the negligence of the staff members, which should never happen when I am playing $35 plus tax to play your experience. I don’t know if the leadership of this location was not paying attention to our game — although we were the only players in the building — or not paying attention to their CLEARLY new game guide’s game. In the future, if you know that a team member is unprepared to run a room on their own, have them continue shadowing someone who knows what they’re doing, or shadow them. I should not — as a guest — notice when a game guide is unprepared with their clues, and manually triggering puzzles when they aren’t working properly in your room.

So much fun! My brother, boyfriend, and I did the Ruin Raiders one and had a blast. Perfect difficulty level for us. We would definitely go back and try another room challenge.

These puzzles are so creative and fun! The rooms have interactive features like drawers that pop open when you solve a puzzle which add to the excitement. We've done two of the rooms now and have had a lot of fun.

My wife and I do an escape room every year for our anniversary, and Ruin Raiders was our hardest one yet! Chris was the best game master and had very clever clues. Definitely will come back again to try the other rooms!

Our group finished the Cuckoo's Clock yesterday and WOW, it was a blast! Having done many escape rooms around the cities, this one definitely stands out in my mind for the variety of puzzle types, the creativity and the difficulty. This room is ideal for groups of 4-6 since there are so many puzzles that need solving.
We also lucked out in having Chris as our game host. Chris expertly guided us, offering timely clues that balanced our independent problem-solving with the need to keep the game moving. After the game, Chris generously walked us through the puzzles again (since each of us only got to participate in a subset of puzzles), enhancing our understanding and appreciation for the room. Thank you Chris for the amazing experience.
I would highly recommend this place. Can't wait to return!
