I went there and there was one woman ahead of me being waited on, who was definitely a foreigner since she didn't speak German. While I was waiting another person came in and stood behind me. It was taking some time, but we waited patiently. Then another woman came in and went to the front to the counter, jumping the line and asking loudly if her prescription had been filled. I made myself look as prominent as possible since I was the next one in line but when the 2nd employee came out to wait on us, she went directly to the loud white woman demanding attention. I said in German, "Hello, I was here first, and there is a line," but no one seemed to care and kept giving her service. I won't go there again.

the person I spoke to was extremely unfriendly - she didn’t respond to my hello, seemed like she couldn’t be bothered and repeated herself in a very humiliating way when I asked her something after not understanding her previous answer. I am a foreigner but I did speak German. what could’ve been the problem? I honestly wouldn’t know. oh, and no tschüs either. so i was basically greeting alone the whole time.

The staff speak English and are very helpful. I saw them taking their time to allow each visitor to express their needs and they helped each one with kindness and consideration. In a time where pharmacies have become drug supermarkets, its refreshing to see someone reach back to the core of what a pharmacist should do: listen to patients and advise the best course of action.
