Absolutely beautiful!! Great park! Great trails for walking!
Well i was going to bump the trail up another star⭐, however, I'm keeping it where it's at b/c of the way the trail ended. 😁 Although, having a porto-potty on the trail almost makes up for it. My grandsons and I would walk this trail until we hit Vandemark Rd then would turn around. However, we put his dirt bike and my electric scooter in the car, drove to Vandemark Rd, parked and began our hike. Well we actually cruised the trail on our bike and scooter. I actually thought the trail went all the way to Troy. However, only about 1/4 mile down the trail, it ended. Just ended. Into a patch of green grass that led to the Miami River. We were bummed. But it was still nice. We saw 3 deer that crossed our path. Plus a few pretty ducks swimming in the marsh. Overall, it's a peaceful, scenic trail that most would enjoy 😁
Nice place for a quiet walk of bike ride. Be aware though there is a very steep hill.
There must be great canal boat rides there. No must be great feeders there no. They must have a great learning center hosted by park rangers and scouts. No would it be nice to have great learning centers feeders and boat rides on the canal yes. Some cabins and a learning center so you could learn about the birds and other animals that live in the park lean about the trees water and other areas in the park.
This trail has a porta john along the trail which is convenient for longer walks. Very scenic and well maintained trail along the Great Miami River
Love it back there, so peaceful. I can't wait to see it in the fall, it ought to be beautiful.
Always a great place to walk the dogs. It's not crowded & we usually see deer
