Great customer service as always. Service recovery has always been their strength basing on my experience. I would highly recommend Ma’am Lorelei’s team. She has built a great one. Very accommodating staffs, and very fast to attend all your needs.

Unwelcoming. Very poor customer service. I was a potential new client. Walked in, no greeting and no instruction on where to go or what to do. I noticed a screen with numbers being called out but had no idea how to get a number. After 5 minutes I approached a teller and she told me to go sit on a bench. I did that for another 10 minutes to no avail. I then approached the representative area after being passed up by 2 other customers who failed to acknowledge I was there first. Finally, a representative asked me what I needed and said to go "over there" and request a new account. I figured out the terminal and received a number. I waited another 20 minutes for my number to be called and watched as walk in customers with no number received help from the representatives. Very disappointing. I left and will go to BPI for my new Philippine accounts.

It has always been a pleasurable experience every time I visit this BDO branch. The staff are friendly & accommodating and I don’t have to wait for too long for my needs to be addressed. Kudos BDO TGU!
