Very convenient - Train station and Bus interchange

This bleach blonde rude elderly woman came up to me and asked me if I “could read” after I walked up the stairs only to see that the doors were locked and came back down looking for a sign to show me what was going on and where to go. She then continued to say “You should learn how to read“ I didn’t say anything rude to her and she approached me so I don’t know what her problem was or why she was making such a big deal about me taking one minute to walk up and down the stairs.

Well-designed new station, always clean, well-let and spacious. Guards are always friendly when I pass through in the mornings and feels safe whenever I come back late at night. Take some time to watch the video in the entrance way which explains some of the design features - really worth watching.

One of my favourite stations in South Auckland...

Not the best stop to have a train terminated on as I experienced today. The security guards there weren't helpful either as they mistook my location several times and told me to get on the taxi/bus service to Manukau. I had to wait for half an hour to get the next train which, luckily I wasn't on a time restraint.

This is the most unfriendly train station to disable people stairs every where very difficult for elderly people to use this station with no escalator only 1 lift to platform if that isn’t working you can’t access the trains or even get out of the station no scooter ramp disable toilet always closed
