Kevin was absolutely amazing. Great to work with. Very personable. He made buying a new truck and incredible experience. Super informative. He allowed me to answer all the questions in the world. I would highly recommend him as well as the rest of the team. Not once did the sale ever feel robotic. It was a considerate process.

Our vehicle had a fuel pump recall on it. I made appointment online, showed up early for appointment, and that was no problem for them. They had it done super fast, and check whole bunch of other things. The building is clean and professional looking - I love that! The staff was awesome [Todd, who took care of checking our car in, was amazing!]. Highly recommend!!!!!

Had a great experience with Jared Hooper at Groove Toyota. Came in for a 4Runner but leaving with a Tundra. He helped me find what I needed for my lifestyle needs and worked within my budget. Vehicles are hard to come by right now and he was patient with me and worked to find a vehicle for me. I am extremely happy with my Tundra and the service that I was provided. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and inquiries. I appreciate his knowledge and attention to detail. Thanks Jared!

Car purchase was great. Car detailers need improvement. Fluids empty, not clean inside, crusty battery poles. 130 point inspection ? Don't think so.

I bought a preowned 2017 Ford F 150 for my son and we had a great experience. Gavin Weimer was the Sales Team Associate that assisted us throughout the process. Gavin is an outstanding person, Sales Team Associate and leader. He was his word and he consistently went out of his way for us in many regards. Seriously, ask for Gavin if you want the same experience! Gavin should be in the running for a GM position at this dealership or another one, one day! Thank you, Gavin...I will be back!

I continue to be impressed with Groove Mazda! I recently bought a new CX-5 and Sam was amazing to work with! I just had my first service done with Joe and Michael and the they were fantastic - they picked up my car, called and shared updates, and then brought it back to me in just a few hours. They’re so friendly and make everything with car shopping to maintenance extremely convenient!

I originally bought my 2018 Mazda 3 in NM, but moved back to CO after buying a maintenance package with the car. They treat the maintenance package as their own and I haven't been disappointed yet. You can schedule your service appointment online without any hassle. The staff informs you of additional services as needed. One item that did come up was a missing bolt with the previous install of my apple/android carplay which was installed prior to me buying the car and Groove Mazda Service found a bolt was missing, they took care of it for a minor price. Will continue going to Groove for maintenance because of the service staff willing to assist and understand your issues/needs.
