very nice mall for groceries and all things you need, altho I really wish they could finally fill the empty spaces like the hallway is way to what you call it?... Empty I hope they fill it with plants or benches or some small shops but other than interior design this is a very nice mall

It’s good for that little licality

A landmark shopping mall in RAK managed by Emke group. The highlight of this mall is Lulu hypermarket and department store. There are lot of other shops ranging from counter shops to premium outlets. The food courts hosts a great variety of outlets. Ample parking space is available for visitors.

RAK mall have another level of experience. Such a beautiful mall and I always come here for no reason 😁. But only reason, I enjoy being here for no reason 😁.

I bought a washing machine branded Vestel in January 2022 and also purchased two years extended warranty. While washing a bedsheet the glass suddenly broken. Lulu and Grand Stores Dubai is not taking any responsibility of the quality of the product. They keep saying, glass is not included in the warranty and I must pay for the replacement. The concern here is about the quality of the glass, not even one and half years of decent usage, the glass is broken. Please refrain buying Vestel products and buying extended warranty or electronic products from Lulu. The supervisor of home appliances of Lulu, Bala and the manager of Grand Stores is not even ready to talk to customer, what an amazing customer service. Hope someone will find a solution for me.

Very nice Mall And more shops And food corn

Great shopping destination, last year we lost our gold chain inside the mall in night time, they found out the chain by night and handover to us by morning. Very immediate response from the team.
