I bought a washing machine branded Vestel in January 2022 and also purchased two years extended warranty. While washing a bedsheet the glass suddenly broken. Lulu and Grand Stores Dubai is not taking any responsibility of the quality of the product. They keep saying, glass is not included in the warranty and I must pay for the replacement. The concern here is about the quality of the glass, not even one and half years of decent usage, the glass is broken. Please refrain buying Vestel products and buying extended warranty or electronic products from Lulu. The supervisor of home appliances of Lulu, Bala and the manager of Grand Stores is not even ready to talk to customer, what an amazing customer service. Hope someone will find a solution for me.
