Przepiękna stara świątynia w stylu barokowym, Ołtarz główny z Matką w otoczeniu ochrzczonych. Słowem perełka jak i same Cieplice Śląskie Zdrój.

Kościół pod wezwaniem Świętego Jana Chrzciciela w Cieplicach Śląskich Zdroju to barokowa świątynia wybudowana przez Zakon Cystersów na początku XVIII wieku. Aktualnie kościół w trakcie remontu. Niestety nie udało mi się go zobaczyć od wewnątrz, ale nic straconego jeszcze tam wrócę.

Przepiękna późnobarokowa świątynia katolicka z monumentalnym ołtarzem w stylu rokokowym. Wiele pięknych obrazów religijnych. W kryptach sarkofagi członków rodziny, właścicieli Cieplic przed 1945 - Schawsgotchow. Kościół nieogrzewany, zimą należy się do niego ciepło ubrać. Msze i nabożeństwa często. Przy kościele działa grupa Mężczyzn św Józefa

Przy wejściu na deptak w Cieplicach w Jeleniej Górze znajduje się kościół Kościół pw. św. Jana Chrzciciela – wzmiankowany był już w 1318 roku. Można zwiedzić przy okazji pobytu w Cieplicach, piękne ołtarze.

Grudzień 2021 r. kościół jest przecudowny i bogato zdobiony, warto obejrzeć. Piękne ołtarze i świąteczny wystrój to największe atrakcje na Boże narodzenie 2022 r.

Kościół św. Jana Chrzciciela w Jeleniej Górze-Cieplicach – wzmiankowany był już w 1318 roku. Obecna  budowla pochodzi z 1714 roku. Jest to jednonawowa prostokątna budowla nakryta sklepieniem kolebkowym, z bocznymi kaplicami i emporami. Posiada bogate, barokowe wyposażenie wnętrze z lat 1714–1793. Warte uwagi miejsce na mapie Cieplic.

Kościół św. Jana Chrzciciela w Jeleniej Górze-Cieplicach – wzmiankowany był już w 1318 roku. Obecna barokowa budowla pochodzi z 1714 roku. Jest to jednonawowa prostokątna budowla nakryta sklepieniem kolebkowym, z bocznymi kaplicami i emporami. Posiada bogate, barokowe wyposażenie wnętrze z lat 1714-1793. Najcenniejszymi zabytkami w kościele są: obraz Najświętszej Marii Panny pędzla Michała Willmanna z 1687 zdobiące ołtarz główny, który jest flankowany rzeźbami św. św. Piotra, Jana Chrzciciela, Jana Ewangelisty i Pawła. Znajdują się tam również trzy płótna Johanna Franza Hoffmanna (ucznia Willmanna, jednego z najznamienitszych malarzy barokowych Śląska), zatytułowane Modlitwa w Ogrójcu, Opłakiwanie i Chrystus w Otchłani. Ambona z płaskorzeźbami przedstawiającymi sceny z życia patronów kościoła, ołtarz 14 Orędowników z 1716-1717. Między filarami w emporach 12 obrazów przypisywanych Willmannowi, rokokowy portal zewnętrzny z 1779. Na wschodniej fasadzie nagrobki Plaków W. Mielęckiego z 1829 i T. Rzepeckiego z 1838. We wnękach figury św. Gotarda i św. Placyda.
