Cold callers who reach out to private phone number that was never shared, and not publicly available. I assume they used a database with scraped information. They even refered to outdated career information which they didn't even bother checking in the mean time.
I told them before that i wish to not be contacted again, and still they do, which means they are breaking the law.

The one recruitment company that genuinely cares about the people they work with! Highly recommend working with them!

The best recruitment company, specializing in niche markets, with an amazing office culture!

I was approached on LinkedIn by someone who works for this company. They had an amazing career opportunity. I must agree it was amazing. Amazing in the sense of that they actually managed to offer me so much lower than market standards, that I probably would be unable to live in the city I am currently residing. I think the recruiter was talking about herself as this would be a great career opportunity for her.
Furthermore, I was asked twice about sending my personal information without ever actually mentioning what this amazing opportunity was. When I pointed this out I got no reaction anymore.
Additionally, they approach you in a fake tone that strikes a resemblance with tactics found in a pick-up artist's handbook. It was characterized by a lack of authenticity and arrogance.

It was a pleasure to work with this company. The whole team was awesome. In less then a week I was matched with the perfect employer, and landed an awesome job. Top!

Spamming potential candidates with no relevance to tech stack. Waste of time and exactly why there is such a poor view on (agency) recruitment

Increditbly poor and arrogant approach to poaching candidates. After reaching out themselves and getting response, ZERO follow-up (as is accustom these days it seems). Its all about funnel management, no HR skills whatsoever
