Poor practice. Ignored once the recruiter has other leads to chase. 0 feedback on any progress. It's typical in this world but still, I expected more from Robert.

Vaag bedrijf wat de moeite niet waard is.

Gereageerd op een hele leuke opdracht, ik werd een half uurtje later gelijk teruggebeld voor een intake gesprek.

Ik kreeg één of ander kind aan de lijn wat nog nooit van de meest simpele vaktermen had gehoord. Maar wist mij wel te vertellen dat ik de meest ideale kandidaat voor de functie ben...

Ik moest per se direct 3 contactpersonen voor referenties opgeven en de volgende dag zou er meteen contact worden opgenomen... Echter nooit meer wat van ze gehoord, als je dit bedrijf zelf belt sta je een half uur in de wacht voordat de verbinding wordt verbroken. Complete tijdverspilling dus...

They never answer the phone
Absolutely shocking

I was very disappointed by the lack of communication during the recruitment process. I was supposed to get a call from a manager but I never had one. I reached out several times the recruiter in charge who was not able to reschedule an appointment or even respond to my questions. I don't recommend this cie.

Wonderful recruitment consultants and services

I started with Amoria Bond almost 3 months ago. This is my first time in recruitment but I did have interviews at multiple recruitment agencies in Amsterdam. I felt very comfortable and welcome at my very first interaction with the company, out of the 4 companies I had interviews with, this was the only one where I felt like I could completely be myself!

Recruitment is unfortunately not for everyone but if you have the drive to be successful and make a positive impact on other people's lives, then Amoria Bond is the perfect company to work for as the culture here is unique and you absolutely can't find that everywhere.

Rather than competing against each other, the people here celebrate each other's success which I think is amazing! :) Still very happy everyday that I got the opportunity to work here!

Amoria Bond contacted me 2 years ago for an entry level Sales position. I went through the thorough interview process in which I ended up being convinced by the down-to-earth team, clear career path and training opportunities. After over two years now in the company, I can say that I have build my own business within the business, have progressed my career and can afford a very comfortable life in Amsterdam.

After being contacted on LinkedIn, i was asked to come by for an interview. After the interview i was promised to receive an answer within 48 hours, unfortunately this was not the case and i had to write several emails before getting any feedback. Furthermore it took more then one month and several emails and calls to receive an answer regarding the salary and i was again promised an answer within a week again with little success. This recruitment company may seem professional but they are not even capable to answer to potential employees within a month. I can absolutely not recommend this company for anyone searching for a serious and professional work atmosphere.
