Amazing furniture store in the area! Staff members here are nice and helpful. The store has quality products and offers such a great service. I will always choose them for my furniture.

I had horrible experience with their marketing director Mr Renato, he was not able to answer simple questions I had for a large purchase. He is a short temperd and unprofessional. I was treated like complete trash and this is not how you treat customers and potential buyers. I will never buy furniture in any of Ligne Roset Showrooms

I believe there is a huge conflict of interest in this reviews, Rob Nyc or Robert Ds or Renato is the same individual employed by Ligne Roset. Funny. One star only for unprofessional business ethics and violating company internet policies

I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this showroom. This is now under a new ownership and the staff is very nice and available to answer products related questions. I ended up buying 6 dining chairs for my house and can't wait for them to arrive !!

Worst furniture experience I have ever had. Was treated like complete trash. Staff was completely incompetent and unprofessional. Do not go to this place. A poor reflection on a company with good products (and I will now never buy another Linge Roset product).

Very unprofessional staff (at least Michael is unprofessional). We ordered a chair in mid-April and it still hasn't arrived in September. It was promised in July. No reasons given, no attention to our order given, no apologies given, no status updates given.

I agree with one of the reviews. Ligne Roset is a great brand and an amazing quality and design. This being said the staff at the Chicago is VERY unprofessional and I can not believe they have a license to distribute the brand. You will be lucky is you receive the products in time and the right ones...Then good luck with the delivery and assembly team...Anyway I would not recommend this store to anyone. You are better of buying directly from the headquarter in Paris or the NYC stores...

Don't be fooled by the sleek exterior. This showroom is run by staff good at selling merchandise, but woefully unprofessional if you have have a problem with it once you take delivery. We bought a Ploum sofa from the Chicago showroom that developed a tear in the fabric just months after it arrived at our home. The salesman who sold us the piece and the showroom manager ducked our calls for weeks after this happened. (In the case of the manager, Cynthia - months). The upholsterer they finally sent to fix the problem told us he had fixed seven other similar tears and that they (the showroom) "weren't surprised by the tear - in fact, they expected it" as the fabric used on this piece was overly delicate (a fact never mentioned to us when we bought it). Since that time the showroom has vigorously denied their own upholsterers account and has refused to reupholster or replace the couch, which now has a giant scar-like seam running up the middle of the seat. Luckily for them, they have a parent company similarly unconcerned with correcting a known defect (caused by stretching the fabric too tightly over memory foam according to an account executive at Line Roset's parent office - before he was forced to recant by a senior official, who rattled on about Line Roset's vaunted 150 year old history and the thousands of Ploums they expect to sell this year - while denying that there was ever a problem with the design and refusing to do anything to correct the issue with our couch). She did slip and admit that the fabric on our couch was "delicate" and could be pierced by a button, but maintained that since the damage to our couch occurred in our house, Ligne Roset was off the hook. To say we are disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. We thought Ligne Roset was a high quality furniture company that stood behind its products. Ligne Roset might look like a luxury brand, but the people who run its North American operation treat customers with the disregard one might expect from a shady discount retailer.
