Poor management and extremely poor service, appartment keep on leaking , there is never ending constant issues with every bathroom , kitchen and store .
AC is problematic and nothing functioning properly. On top of that there is poor response to the complaints and tickets.

In addition to the other reviews, Constant water dripping from AC.
The maintenance is not able to fix the problems. Due to water dripping issues, a lot of fungus around AC duct.

There's alot of noise
If you want to:
1. Hear your thermostat ticking all night because it's terrible quality.
2. Hear the neighbors upstairs flush their toilet all night and wake up several times because of it.
3. Go round and round in circles and go over 20 humps to get to your parking.
4. Never see any security at the reception desk because they're always sitting in the security camera room all the time.
5. Have no sense of privacy in the lifts because of security cameras and knowing security is always watching.
6. Have yellow dirty water every morning you open the taps.
Then enjoy.

This building is Amazing and have very friendly security guards. However there are few things you need to keep in mind before moving in.
1. Its too quite to the level of even if someone is pressing the elevator button you can here it inside your flat.
2. Any activity is going on in your flat is heard as well outside in the colidor.
3. The most disadvantage is no sound barrier
4. The maintinance job is continues its seems good but at the same time its annoying that every few days something is going on.
Hope all this point are took into consideration.
And wish if they can fix the sound traveling through the flat.
