Beautiful beach club. I definitely recommend this place. Kind staff, restaurant good, sometimes a little bit slow, but you are on holiday so relax.

I came to Kai beach several times (during week days) but never read the reviews in google about it. My experience was great, I encountered nice helpful and polite staff members (Dee, Balivinder). The menu prices are reasonable. I usually come to get lunch and walk on the beach, because I don't like swimming as such. I read now people complain about entry fee, but I like the fact that entrance is chargeable, otherwise too many people will bring too much pollution to nature. Saadiyat is the most beautiful beach and we must preserve it well. When the entry is free, free things are not appreciated in life. Keep up the great service and will see you soon again.

Worst experience there, poor customer service and poor bathroom service, very small and limited showers, few tables to accommodate all customers, we had to sit far on the most uncomfortable benches and the beds at the beach were all taken. I wish you can improve in providing a big space for everyone. Not worthy the price 👎

Parking is not enough
No towels
No changing rooms
Only 4 showers
Expensive prices

Kai Beach offers a beautiful setting with clear, salty waters, making it a nice spot for a day out. The entrance fee is AED 125, which includes a sunbed, and AED 50 can be redeemed for food or drinks. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Drinks arrived late and warm, and the food took longer than expected to reach our table. While the location is great, the service needs improvement. Overall, I would rate the experience 6.5/10.

The beach is amazing, the water is clean and clear. The sand is white and soft. The sun-bed and umbrella are available based on availability if you are early. There are showers and changing rooms. Entrance fee includes aed 50 redeemable for F&B, I had an acai bowl which was good and refreshing but portion was tiny i think maybe 8oz or less. These previous points were the positives. There negatives are: the changing room is not air conditioned (too humid to change inside), 200 aed entrance per person does not include towels.

I was quite surprised by all the negative comments, and worried what my experience might be but honestly it was lovely. Beautiful clean beach, helpful staff, entry is partially redeemable and sunbeds are clean. Changing rooms and shower are clean, we brought our own towels which was fine. Overall great, and worth it - truly a beautiful beach

The two stars are for the beautiful blue, clean water and the lovely decor, as the place is visually appealing. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

Price: The entry fee is extremely high at 200 dirhams per person, even with the “summer promotion” that allows spending 100 dirhams of the entry fee on food and drinks.

Service: Don’t expect hospitality or assistance, even if the beach is empty. You cannot order food or drinks from the sunbed; you have to go to the bar yourself. This is absurd, considering that any place charging for beach chairs typically offers service directly to the sunbed. Having to get up constantly just to order is inconvenient and not worth the high entry fee.

Amenities: Towels are not included in the entry fee, and you need to pay an additional 50 dirhams per towel.

Food & Drinks: Drinks are not served cold; they arrive warm, which is awful, especially in hot weather when you expect a cold beverage. Both beer and wine were served warm. The pizza came without napkins or plates, and when we asked for napkins, we were told they didn’t have any.

Conclusion: You’re essentially paying 200 dirhams for basic beach access without comfort or quality service. No towels included, no sunbed service, and warm drinks—definitely not worth the price.
