If u go to this staffing company do not I REPEAT DO NOT go to ALOM thy are racist they’ll fire colored people before thy fire Hispanic Asian etc if u don’t leave the building the security guard will follow you in ur car and call the police all the team leads and supervisors will surround u like thy fina jump u they’ll have u doing more then wat u suppose to do for 16hr they’ll fire u for ANY reason they show too much favoritism don’t waste your time ALOM company it’s not worth it. The supervisor and team leads stupid and slow u miss more then 3 days ur done. Then there is a team lead that’ll go tell on you if u not for ANY THING I mean ANYTHING if u don’t believe it go waste ur time in find out yourself…

Been a month after my orientation and still no call back .. they said it would take a week but every time I call there is no start date . I honestly believe the more people that come in to get a job and do the orientation really don’t get hired and they just get funded for numbers that show ..
Very sketchy and I notice I’m not the only one . They should be ashamed of them self for wasting people time.

They will try to fire you for no reason was told I was antagonizing team lead and it's my second day didn't know nobody didn't even know everything that they were doing they racially profiled us if you're not Hispanic or African or Asian they will get rid of you.

this agency is a complete waste of time, I had 2 jobs set up through them & nobody from the agency contacted me to give me information regarding the job. I went to orientations just to not start a job, they are unprofessional & don’t care about your time.

They’re super nice and understanding. They are all amazing and funny to have a conversation with you. Most temp service leave you behind and don’t communicate fully. And I think this is my second staff service that I went to. First experience amazing 🤩 thank you guys for treating me like a human😊
