Found this amazing place a few years ago whilst touring New England. In need of breakfast I made the other half stop he said I'm not going in there . No breakfast then, so eventually he succumbed. Needless to nearly 2 hrs later I dragged him out. We revisted on a second trip and still amazing. In England we have nothing like this and our memory is a picture on our wall. Hope it remains for many years.

It's always a great experience and lots of nostalgia when visiting. Great items and some really awesome cheese and other food items. Maps, mugs, lodge cast iron pans you name it it's here. Don't forget to take a tour of the museum upstairs as well.

Wonderful Country Store. It has everything you could possibly need, and lots of things that you didn't realize you did! 😁 A great road trip, nestled in a beautiful area!

Everything you could ever want can be found in this old style general store. I particularly like the Tilley hats and cast iron pan selection.

They got everything here and big inside. Upstairs is the museum and it's free to browse, but don't touch anything. I love their old fridges and surprisingly it's still work.

What a fun place! An amazing collection of so many things I hadn't even thought of in the store. I even found decorative hooks for my bathroom!
I really enjoyed the museum upstairs as well, lots of neat things to look at and I love the history. Definitely a great place to visit if you're in the area.

This is a wonderful country store in a charming little town called Moultonborough. It's a great place to take your friends if you're visiting or your kids or your family or what have you. There are endless pros of penny candy and gifts and rare and sometimes strange fun items. There is a wonderful very rare museum upstairs of course it's free and it has a lot of interesting things from back in the actual old days. It's a great place for a rainy day activity and the crowd is polite and it's a very charming store with really an endless array of unique items. But also penny candy and rare candies and treats. Lots of parking also benches outside.
