One person is only available to serve all the tables, he was doing his job correctly, but stressed up. Ordered food may get delayed.Have patience no harm in helping that person.
It's okay to have food from here in an emergency, but you can always look around for more options.
Dirty AC bar. Presence of rat everywhere. Poor service. Not at all hygienic. Rate of food very high, with lack of taste.

Service is unimaginably pathetic. There is only one guy for the entire hall and the guy is chit chatting with people and forgetting the order.
I always stick to a single brand and always make the whole order in advance whenever possible. Waiters always find this helpful as they can attend other tables without being hindered by me.
So, as usual I go to this bar and orders for 2.5 pegs of DSP black whiskey and sodas. Then this guy brings DSP brandy and apologises. Although I could have asked to bring whiskey, in order to help the guy I said brandy will do.
Next day I went here and ordered the same and the guy brings whiskey. On consuming it I ask for one more peg and he brings a peg of brandy. What the -
He just reminds of Jagathy in Mookillarajyathu, mixing up orders..
Then the food - better if we don't talk about it.
So, just avoid the place, folks..
