Westfield Liverpool

Westfield please hire a different santa for next year's Christmas photos. Also please check out their reviews, they aren't rated well at all and what happened to me seems to be quite common.
Besides their photos looking tacky each year this is what happened to my family...

We were in line at 9.55am, our booking was at 10.12am. We were next in line until another customer asked me what time my booking was, she told me she was jumping infront because her booking was at 10.08am (this all happened at 10.10am).
I told her to wait in line and not to push in, she proceeded to speak to the workers to convince them to let her infront even tho they had already scanned my code and asked what my kids names were.
The worker told me that she was going to let her go before me, they didn't care that we were waiting the entire time or the fact that I said I wasn't okay with her pushing in. They let her in first and didn’t apologise either. I won't be using their service again and I'll be spreading the word to make sure my friends and family don't use their rude & unprofessional services.

I've had the pleasure of being helped by Rose who works at the concierge information desk. Rose always helps each individual with a beautiful smile on her face which you don't see often. Rose goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service skills and she deserves great recognition. Her customer service skills are truly amazing and deserve to be recognised by the company.

They have the best burek and pastries. I love the cheese pastry and recommend you try it. Staff are always friendly and have great customer service. The burek is reasonably priced. I usually share with my grandson but we are both small eaters. Shop is always nice and clean and never had an issue with my purchase.

Parking is sometimes very dirty and smell. The trolley bay is terrible. After I unloaded my shopping and have to walk all the way to the entrance door to put it back. I can’t even get my 2 dollars back as there’s not enough chains to insert at the bay. Also all trolley from different shops are not the same size so you can’t fit them in the parking bay. Also even though Coles has the best convenience small trolley but other people keep hogging all the small trolleys to put their shopping around Westfield. Otherwise it’s a good shopping centre. It had everything to my needs. Centre manager should pay more attention to the parking area.

Have been going here for many years. The shops are so convenient and has everything needed.
Big parking and lots of things for kids during holidays.

It is a big centre. You could spend a whole day there. Good food court and amenities are clean and easy to find.
