Darren Klugman is the absolute worst.
Specialist with these young single Mothers with $50. to $100. Co-pays,then stand in line when you already have a scheduled Appointment. NO VALIDATION FOR PARKING 🤔 And to TOP IT ALL OFF. WE'RE SECURITY 🤔🫣.
I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews about parking $, long waits, ignorant stuff. You would wait at a local hospital/urgent care... this place assists people from the neighborhood as well as around the world. That's petty, where are the comments on the life saving services your child received? Or your child's treatment/diagnosis ? The important things. Karen/Ken can't find a parking space or have to pay, boo hoo. I've only had great service and care for my child here. She has perfect vision today...after 2 surgeries by Dr. Marijean Miller.
This is the worst hospital ever I came in there at 6:15pm to get my son seen and I left at 10pm because I was still waiting. I will never go here again.
I don't care which one you go to, where it is located, or the department used, THIS PRACTICE SUCKS! The place has ridiculously long wait times, apparently highly understaffed, redundant information collection, and poor inter-department communications.
Too bad the American medical system is designed to make the rich richer and not for Healthcare. I would never have used if there were other options available.

They make you pay for parking! Seriously?!?! Not only are they inconvenient, lack helpful instructions or directions, and to top it off, even though you have an appointment here they make you pay for parking!!! It's pretty bad when a children's hospital nickel and dimes you and doesn't even tell you you're going to have to pay all of these additional extra charges. Hershey Children's Hospital is much better by far! Be aware!
I had been to Childrens a few times in the past, but this last time was the worse.
Patients are just a number. They don't care about the health of children.
After being there for six hours, hungry, tired, and my child in pain, we asked to me discharged.
The nurses are inept and little curious.
The doctors are no better.
