Excellent service, Sam and staff very friendly making our visits a pleasure.

Worst ever possible service. Spent 4 hours waiting for common cold case. Reception waiting, doctor waiting, lab results waiting, doctor again waiting. And waiting and waoting and waiting. Will never come here again. Huge disappointment

Staff and management isn't professional! They even don't know manners and ethics!

I have a bad experience with them .. they will never return back your money even if they make a mistake . i don't recommend this place for anyone

I had an MRI today and was incredibly impressed by Ms.Lalu. She was so loving and caring, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. Her kindness and professionalism were evident from the start. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and constantly checked on my comfort. Ms. Lalu truly went above and beyond, and I am very grateful for her exceptional care.

They have a crew of doctors and nurses on top of the level as well as the level of care, they have very well level too.

Two female Arab pharmacists are showing the attitude when requested to exchange a fancy pearl earring due to it being aesthetically faulty (scratched). Even suggested that I had caused the damage myself, hence they were unwilling to exchange and needed to ask approval first from purchaser?? There no other pharmacies that make this type of fuss over an item replacement that is not even medicine! The item was also displayed without a case or a cover so who knows it has since been already scratched. Plus I had requested the exchange just within the three hours of buying it. The way they also talked, they made sure that you know they were super inconvenienced at your request. Didn’t even try to hide it in their faces.
