The Bamboo Club in Long Beach is a vibrant Tiki-themed Bar and Restaurant that combines lively ambiance with a touch of tropical flair. Although we went there primarily for drinks because we already had our dinner, our experience was this unique spot in a sense.

The Bamboo Club is full of energy characteristic of a classic Tiki bar. The interior, which begins as a cozy bar and extends to a spacious back patio, creates a dynamic environment. The patio, in particular, stands out with its open-air feel and relative tranquility compared to the indoor area, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a quieter, more relaxed setting.
Service at The Bamboo Club was good. Our server was attentive and efficient, ensuring that drinks were delivered promptly. The consistent check-ins reflect a commitment to good service, enhancing the overall experience and allowing guests to focus on enjoying their time.

Although we didn’t sample the food, the drinks were a highlight. The Tiki-themed cocktails are often a focal point at such establishments, and it sounds like The Bamboo Club delivered on that front. Whether the cocktails were traditional or unique creations, their quality added to the enjoyment of our evening.

The availability of parking right in front of the venue was a convenient touch, alleviating potential stress and making the visit smoother.

Overall Impression:
The Bamboo Club successfully combines a lively Tiki bar atmosphere with solid service and a pleasant setting. The transition from a cozy bar to a spacious, quieter patio makes it a versatile choice for various preferences. The Bamboo Club can be a fun night out with friends. The ease of parking further adds to the overall experience, making it a convenient spot to unwind and enjoy some well-crafted cocktails.

Great spot! On a recent visit to The Bamboo Club, we had a decent-sized group and a few family members from out of town. We found The Bamboo Club, which accepted reservations on a Saturday night. When we arrived, we were met with a friendly host who guided us to the outdoor patio. A live DJ played swing, surf, and tiki upbeat music. The type that keeps your foot moving to the beat. A few patrons danced in the open floor area, keeping the atmosphere lively.

The outdoor patio had plenty of room for small and large parties. The inside area looked chill and moody, but there was little room for our party of nine.

We glanced over the enticing menu on our phones. We started with some specialty drinks and a few shareable starters. There were many options for drinks, and our party mainly chose the classic Mai Thai. For the shareables, we ordered Vietnamese Drummettes, LB House Fries, and Shishito Peppers. All were delicious!

I ordered the Ginger beer and Huli Grilled Chicken Sandwich with mac salad. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy and had great flavor. The mac salad was creamy and had an al dente chew. My family ordered a variety of items, which they seemed to enjoy.

We all shared a couple of desserts to finish the meal. The Thai Tea Créme Brulée had nice flavors but was a little runny and almost soup-like. I hope this was just one that was far from perfect. Bread Pudding with coconut sorbet was my favorite of the two. It was topped with Whalers rum caramel, coconut flakes, and pineapple flambé. Yum!

Lastly, we all had a great time, and the service was friendly and attentive. I would come back again and highly recommend it. Parking can be a challenge since the lot is small. The other option for parking is around the residential streets. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are also welcome.

Halfway through the meal we decided that we were coming back. Food was great and perfect for the price. Music was good but not overwhelming so we could talk. Great spot. We got to enjoy their Tuesday specials and we tried every single taco on their specials each one was better than the last. Do not sleep on their potato taco. It was so much better than we expected.

Bamboo Club in Long Beach is the spot for Sunday brunch if you're looking for various food options and fun cocktails. The vibe is cozy yet lively, perfect for a place to catch up with friends. The breakfast burger hit the spot and the drink selection is fantastic—seriously, there are so many to choose from—not to mention their fun tiki-inspired presentation. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I never thought of Bamboo Club for brunch, but I'll be back!

Excellent tiki bar! Both modern and classic drinks. Food was good too. We had burgers and vegetarian loco Moco. Wait staff was extremely helpful in choosing a drink and super fun to chat with. They had a dj spinning reggae so it was a bit loud in the front but both the back and the patio were a perfect volume. Lots of seating between all three sections. Can't wait to go back
