Brauwerk Hoffman Rockland

Very cool vibe, there was no music playing when we went. Our server was a little awkward/ antisocial, we felt like we had to constantly bug him. We got the nachos which were different, didn't find the menu had a lot to choose from. The rock lite beer was very good!

Beers: 5 stars.
Food: 3 stars - its just super salty, unfortunately. If they cut down on the salt and the food would be great. I know that some restaurants put a lot of salt in the dishes to encourage drink consumption, but this was just way too salty.

Good food great taste but just not enough. Wasn't left hungry but more would have been welcome. Large beer was excellent value

Food is okay, beer is amazing!! Worth the 40mins drive, will come back again!

It was my first visit to the brewery and it was great!
Our server was an absolutely wonderful person. She took the time and listened to her customers. Her answers always offered options. When a server feels this comfortable, I feel it is indicative of good management!

The food was well presented and perfectly prepared. I plan to return soon!

What a great place for staff party and of course the beer is phenomenal! The staff were super friendly and happy to explain their beer and suggest accordingly to your taste. I love the Pilsner, Pardon my French IPA, the Helles, Hefeweizen, especially the Marzen. They always had a smile on, and service was great and fast. From the beginning it was easy to plan the party with quick response with Olivier and Éric. Food is very good and different, beer is awesome, staff is super friendly and the place has a great ambiance. Everyone enjoyed their evening thanks to you guys!

Great selection of German-styled craft beers. Definitely the most options (14) for takeaway than any other craft brewery we’ve visited.
While I liked almost everything I tried, the flavour profiles were more hit or miss with the rest of my group.
A little on the pricey side too when compared to most craft breweries we’ve been to but enjoyable nonetheless.
