Came here seeking a better bang-for-your-buck burger than Great States $9-with-tax MID AF borderline McDonalds quality burger. I got a $10 K-Town burger here which sounded promising. The patties were "fine" but Wendy's beef is noticeably higher quality imho. Nonetheless, the ingredients were good outside of the just fine patties.

My burger was missing the onion ring which was kind of an important part of it, and in the 4 minute walk back to my office the bottom bun was mostly soaked through, making me think the ingredients weren't properly drained/rested before being added. We were by NO means served during a rush, so no excuses for the soggy burger.

Also just minus extra stars for having KIOSK ordering with automatic minimum 15% tips LOL. This practice alone is worth a 1-star for every single business that employs it. PATHETIC.

Can't believe this place has a 3.8. Definitely way better than that. Order was made quickly and fresh. Lady behind the counter was super nice. Burger was delicious, and the fries were phenomenal.

We were very happy with our food and experience at CaliBurger. I'm not sure why their rating is low, but we've eaten much more expensive burgers with much less flavor. We both got Cali Doubles, shared a regular fry, and I got a strawberry shake. We are STUFFED. The Shake has real strawberry in it! The food came quickly, and the staff was friendly when I asked a question.

The machine-made fries tasted much better than I expected and were served quickly. However, the portion size was smaller. I wish they had provided napkins separately instead of placing them under the fries, as they ended up being oily

Good burger only issue I had was that it took a long time to get food. Big bugger with bacon and onion ring. Delicious hot fries. Good food. Follow up today why would someone want the amount of onion showed in the picture ever on a burge or chicken sandwich. Hello a small amount of would you eat that come to mind when making food for others. Disappointed ☹️

These burgers are awesome, super fresh and taste great. Bit overpriced for portion size but that’s Seattle for you. I like all the customization you can do on the ordering kiosks. Also you can watch a robot make the French fries. Seems this type of fast food is the wave of the future, more automation, fewer human employees. This is located in the food court on the second floor.
