Figaro Coffee House

Such a lovely cafe that my friend and I stopped by. Although it can look too bougie for some, the owner is welcoming and kind. The upstairs seating is perfect for a study session and the downstairs is just as stylish. There are free board games for you and your friends to enjoy, we particularly enjoyed our time here playing monopoly and scrabble! The prices here are okay, albeit a bit pricey, but definitely made with care! The tiramisu had a unique and strong flavour unlike most, and the mocha was also less sweet which I enjoyed. Overall, a fantastic cafe to chill with your friends.

I was disappointed with my visit here. The coffee was very watery and lacked flavor. On top of that, the customer service was below average. I got the impression that they aren’t very attentive to customer needs, which made the experience even less enjoyable. I hope they can improve both their coffee quality and service in the future.

Came here with my friend and we really enjoyed the place.

Atmosphere is fantastic, tons of space, nice lighting and decor, good for chatting or even to get some work done. I had the vanilla latte, and it was delicious, I was very impressed. The service was lovely as well. We met the owner and he was super friendly and kind to the customers, very open to feedback.

I will definitely be back again, my only critique is that I would love to see more halal food options, there is falafel wraps, but options for chicken would be sooo welcome!!

A great cozy café, suitable for breakfast or weekend brunch, snacks, lunch or dinner. They hold many fun and entertaining events here, like painting workshops, charcuterie board workshops, etc.

They also have jazz nights and live music some weekends for dinner time. They have a cute patio, their main floor and the second floor which is more private and suitable for working.

They also have great selection of red and white wine available.

I've come to Figaro exactly three times. Every single time I've had a bad service experience. Today we ordered a few cake slices, hot chocolates for kids and a coffee. First, I had to ask multiple times for receipt. One of the plates had something red on it and I asked for the plate to be changed. The woman who had taken our order and given receipt (curly hair) seemed annoyed and asked the other girl to just give us disposable plate. We then got 4 drinks served in paper cups when everyone else in the cafe had ceramics. The coffee was barely warm. I considered gulping it down but for $55 spent in cake slices and coffee, I think I expect a hot beverage. So I trudged back down to ask for it to be heated. I got served/smacked another drink, this time properly hot which was great, but again in paper cup (clearly I'm sitting in the cafe as I just came downstairs) and this time without a sleeve. I did not bother. The owner was nice to help my wife and kids find a place to sit. But I'm done with this place. I don't know if it's racism, bad service or just plain old rudeness, I don't like paying to be mistreated. Best of luck to the owner but train or let go of your staff. If there's certain kind of people you want/don't want in your cafe, just have a sign up so we can be clear before entering, wasting money for bad coffee and equally bad attitude. I'm done.

This cafe is in an awesome location, super convenient for everyone. The vibes here are fantastic, thanks to the stylish and cozy interior design. It's a great place to chill, catch up with friends, or get some work done.

The latte is amazing, too—rich, creamy, and just the right balance. If you're a coffee lover, you’ll definitely enjoy it.
