Figaro Coffee House

A great cozy café, suitable for breakfast or weekend brunch, snacks, lunch or dinner. They hold many fun and entertaining events here, like painting workshops, charcuterie board workshops, etc.

They also have jazz nights and live music some weekends for dinner time. They have a cute patio, their main floor and the second floor which is more private and suitable for working.

They also have great selection of red and white wine available.
It’s a beautiful and historic church in the heart of Ottawa. There’s no admission fee, instead, you can make a donation to the church.

Whether you’re visiting or coming here to say prayers, it’s definitely worth the trip.

The painted glasses, the craftsmanship and all the details included in them is so impressive; I could spend hours in the church, admiring the artwork. The ceiling is the most impressive part about this beautiful cathedral; I loved it.
It's a nice place to walk and have a bit of fresh air as well as sitting down and relaxing a bit. The lighthouse is located on the waterfront trail that continues along the Bronte Heritage Park and has a nice view of Lake Ontario, waterfront buildings, snd Yacht Club.

Bronte Boathouse is also a nice place to sit down and enjoy a nice meal as well as the view.
It’s one of they oldest burial ground in Halifax and the oldest grave dug here goes back to June 21, 1749.

Another reason why it became famous is when Titanic sank in Atlantic Ocean, near Newfoundland on April 1912, all the bodies brought to dry land were buried here.
It’s a nice and cozy Persian restaurant with a couple of tables that you can dine in or you can order takeout. Their menu includes different variety of kebabs, dizi, Biryan, kebab platters and appetizers.

We ordered BBQ Platter #4 and a Soltani Kebab. The presentation is very nice; they arrived in a nice copper platter with salad and grilled vegetables. The taste was okay, but the grilled vegetables were burnt. Even the kebabs were burnt in some parts and that’s because they don’t use a charcoal bbq. The portion of kebabs were smaller than usual; specifically, Koobideh Kebab was very thin, considering their prices are equal and in some cases higher than other Persian restaurants.

The staff are friendly and listen med to our feedback.
