VEIN GYM

Vein gym is nice but if you are the type that likes to get to the gym at 6 AM, prepare to wait up to 30 min as the employees like to show up late every day.

Good gym but they side on the offer that the crossfit classes time will be after 8pm as after the work for to match each one to be suitable for attending but now when I ask them they said no there's no avaliable classes at 8pm or after

I don’t recommend this gym.
You have to call the sales representative to invite someone a day before and you’ll be lucky if he responded, also you have to book your inbody session a day before also.
It closes at 12 AM and is not open on Thursday which is a weekend. Idk what to say but it’ll be a mistake if you’re thinking this gym is a good gym.

One of the worst places that i've ever seen .
Firstly , the sales representative was very unprofessional and careless as well as rude and they have no problem insulting their customers .
Secondly head of sales which something I doubt has verbally threatened me and insulted me all of this during the presence of the gym manager who was descent but extremely passive towards his team attitude .
Finally , i don't recommend this place at all given how poorly they treat their members and the fact that they are flat out rude

very bad experience with Vein gym. Not respecting their words or promises for new customers , the main goal for them only money not customer satisfaction by changing principles and promises.

My advice, not a good place for women at all. I just had one of the worst experience with gyms. The place looks okay for what you pay, not modern, the equipments are not new. In some way is acceptable because of the price. What i was not expecting was a bad treatment from the employees. Disrespectful employee making weird comments, chasing you after you finish, staring at you while you do the training. If he was one of the trainers it would be understandable but he was from the administrative whole. When I asked for the money back, they just refused to do anything. Maybe they think that harassment is something normal if you are a woman.
