Antica Taverna a Chiaia

Good place to eat. We had their special of the day pasta, with a whole fish and seafood, it was great at 25 euros per person. With beer a glas of wine, one starter, we payed 80 euros in total but it was great as a last night dinner in Naples. There was lots of other dishes at fair prices as well. Busy and crowded litlle street but thats what Naples is.

I'm sorry but this was the worst experience I've had in a very long time. We ordered two grilled fish and received two burnt fish. After our complaint we were "educated" that this is the right way to prepare fish "for taste". Two times by two different waitresses. I can understand that it happens sometimes. But the zero effort to accommodate the guests or accept the fault? This was the worst spent 90 euros in Italy by a large margin. And we travel to this beautiful country very often. Avoid this tourist trap, there are so many wonderful options in a great city of Napoli.

Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪. We had a great dining experience at this restaurant in Naples. The food is made with love and truly authentic, capturing the essence of Italian cuisine. I had the ragu, and my partner enjoyed the seafood. While he loved his dish, his reaction after tasting my ragu was priceless—I've never seen anyone so delighted by the taste! I felt the same; it was simply divine.

The prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the quality of food and experience. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for genuine, delicious Italian food in Naples.

Best pasta in Italy!! We ran across this restaurant one night and it was fantastic! Highly recommend!! Everything was delicious, food atmosphere and the Tiramisu was awesome!! Make sure you have at least one meal here while in Naploli.

Stumbled across this restaurant which is next to the apartment I was staying at. I ate there twice in 3 days. The food is exceptional and so is the service.

Try the prawn linguini or the catch of the day. I ate whole fried sea bass it was incredible. Prices were reasonable for the quality.

All of the service staff are women who appear to be sisters working with their mother who is also managing.

It is rare for me to eat at the same place twice on a vacation but Antica is dependable.

A very authentic place in one of Naples’ most vivid areas. The food is local, authentic and absolutely delicious! And the 3 sisters who run the place are wonderful hosts, who make sure that not only the food is great, but also the atmosphere. We’ll be back for lunch tomorrow!
