South East Financial has always been great to deal with, Christie S. and Anna L. (Briley South Branch) have always been great to work with for my banking needs. If I ever have a question concerning something to do with my account they are always available to answer my questions and happily assist me when I have a problem.

Friendly, helpful staff. It feels good to know that the staff knows you by name (Briley Pkwy). Even if you come multiple times in a week they don’t say “you could have gone to the atm for this service.” Yes, at another financial institute, my husband was told that.

The employees at the Briley South branch are wonderful and really seem to care about their customers. It didnt take long for them to remember me and greet me by name when I come in or go thru the drive thru (even when it is right before closing time for the week). They definitely make you feel more than just an account number or bank balance. I highly recommend this branch because of the caring, courteous service I have received.
