It isn't bad the only reason i gave it 3 stars because I like the laser tag anything is is only ping pong and air hooky anything else is bad and the Karting steering wheel was way too hard to move and the smoke coming from it made my dad throw up I don't recommend
I visited this place to just have a look around. It has all the activities under 1 roof. I didn't like the fact that the place wasn't maintained! They surely need to work around the lighting and doing up the place
The experience was way too good. Recommended for family and friends.
Bowling Alley needs maintenance it stops working in the middle of the game, and the place needs proper maintenance and cleaning.
Lockers need to be fixed and cleaned and with locks
The staff needs to be hygienic as well.
The Karting game was good. The service just needs to be progamed. Like screens inside the changing rooms to see who is next to play and scores on the screen after playing to know who won first place.

It was my first ever karting experience, and I really had fun with my family. It's a bit pricey and had to wait for a while for your round. Overall it was a good time spent there.
As a regular visitor to IN10SO, I have to say that my experiences have been disappointing. The staff is often lazy, laggy, and slow, and they seem incapable of handling crowds during peak times. The equipment and facilities are overused and not well-maintained. To make matters worse, the staff is often away from the counter, ignoring customers. Some staff members are extremely rude and ill-mannered. The place is also not tidy. Additionally, there are not enough bowling balls and they are not equally distributed across the playing spaces. I hope they improve in the future.
Me and my son had a blast of a day here we both took karting, bowling and other small games. It was an overall fun place with lots of activities for all ages. We took the membership card that gave us extra points to enjoy other activities.
