The worst Atmos store. The staff are extremely rude and don't care about customers, especially the guy with long hair in a knot.

Great time at Atmos, didn’t catch the name of the sales associate, was a tall guy with long hair. Very friendly and accommodating and just made the entire shopping experience a fantastic one. Made me feel very welcomed the entire time. One of the best retail shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

Long hair cream hoodie guy called Masa that helped me out today was very very friendly and accomodating after many mishaps (card kept getting declined) on my part. Big props to him. Coming back aftet his colleague Kyousuke was also equally chill and helpful. Good experience

Staff were patient and helpful. Offered suggestions on sizes and fit. Would shop here again.

The staff was dishonest and deceiving.
Visited on 29/7/2023, sales assistance was a bearded guy with cap and short.

After making purchase decision, I asked him to bring a new pair as the sample one has crack and dirt on them.

He told me that it was the only pair they got for that size. However, after I told them that I will not buy if that is the only pair they got, he changed attitude and said “let me check again”, coming back after a few minutes with a new pair - extremely lazy, and dishonest - please train your staff better.
