I said "Good mo.." And got a device pushed in my hands by an extremely rude, moody guy who barked at me: name!
Typed in my name, he pulled the device from my hands, went behind and got me my package, almost threw it at me.
Unwelcome, rude atmosphere and looking around I could see more irritated customers. @
PostNL, @DHL: Be careful who you allow to service your shipments. This shop is certainly NOT recommended.

Worst experience trying to get my package. They made no effort to look for it, tossed me a thing to enter the code of the package myself, couldn't find it immediately and made jo effort to double check, find it or even at least explain what the system said. I had to ask several questions before being told that they just don't have it and it's probably in transit. And this is when I _already_ received a message that it is waiting for me there.
Working hours are also incorrect which is why I couldn't get my other package on time and today it was sent back to sender. No customer service whatsoever. The worst

This place mostly exists for packages and transactions. It's fine if you need something, But if you want to get groceries you should find the Dirk or the Albert Heijn just a few blocks over. It's super expensive for normal stuff.

Very lazy fellow at the counter who asks you to find your own parcel yourself and has a general attitude. Would not recommend but Helas the only palletpunt my packages go to

Great toko in centre Zaandam. Lovely foodmarket with all sorts of goodies and food products.
But also dedicated package point for most package/post-providers!
