This place is great and it’s a tourist’s best friend! Nutritious, quality food & bev at unbeatable prices! It’s such a relief because Amsterdam is such an overpriced RIPOFF!!

Very handy if staying in the area for the picky things for the hotel room, a lot cheaper the the vending machines in the hotel, good choice, helpful staff when using the self check out.

Reasonable priced grocery store lots of others overcharge

The store is not big but they have fruits and vegs and small section for chocolate & chips self check out

There is one Mixed Race Male Employee at this Store he is very angry, aggressive, obnoxious and has no form of Conduct. This Young Man.. Accused Me of Stealing In the Store.. When I did Pay for All my Items which I left With. He was yelling at the to ok of his voice in the store .. NO STEALING. I was of the Impression that this Man was under the influence of some type of Drug or Alcohol... I did my best to Ignore this Idiot and when I got out to the door of the store I spoke to one of the Attendants expressing my disgust by that young man and that I will have Him reported for Misconduct and Tarnishing the Image of Dirk Van Den Broke. As I showed her that I did in fact Pay for every Item I had. To which he saw me talking with the young Lady and he approached me Aggressively Proposing that I I make a problem with him I must Fight with Him???? that I must have a problem with Him? As the Customers look on in the street, he tries to assault me , snatching my receipt away from my hand and then Yelling curse words At Me.... All of this After I in fact Paid for everything. I have to wonder what are the Requirements for employees at this Store because that behavior I experienced when I was I fact Innocent in the situation is nothing short of Animalistic Bacchanal and belongs In a detention center.. Not at the Store front of a well established and Reputable Super Market!!!!!! there was one time before this incident.....I saw said young man Angry and Saying he will Hurt some Manager after an Apparent Meeting or discussion.. he was later followed and Had to be calmed down by a female Employee. To the Managers Of Dirk Van Den Broek Nassaustraat, please take heed and do something about that employee.... He is Tarnishing the reputation of your Establishment! If ever I have another altercation with that young man. I will hold the Store accountable for whatever the outcome would be.

very good store, low prices, fresh products for every taste. I recommend it to everyone.

Location of the store is good but not a lot of products due to its side. But it could help if you need a drink or some cookies.
