Terrible customer service. Unhelpful with their app, and returning a jar of mayonnaise that had the seal/lid open.

Nice shop car park small but is alright

A very disorganised store with limited stock. Besides the store, I am not really excited about going to shop there. Only when I really need to. With AH and Vomaar around the corner, you'd expect them to keep the same constant service levels and store offerings.

A girl closed the door in our faces at 17:55 and the closing time is at 18:00
Not happy she did not even say anything.
And hide herself behind the plants like you cant see her.
I just wanted to take bread quickly

I am a regular guest here, and she stayed hidden behind the plants checking my reaction, most ridiculous thing ever happened to me here, i guess she is new here because i never saw here before

Their services are great; no questions warranty. They come up with non-food products which you just need but sometimes they are not so needed in that country, as you can imagine they are in some other. Lidl will soon be able to tell you in which of their other shops you can get that product which is sold out in the shop where you are. They will be able to see it in the computer just as other brands are able to do, already for ten years. Hurry up Lidl! cos yesterday I was driving for two hours through the town, visited six shops and it was sold out everywhere but they could not look up in the computer, to tell me in which shop I could still find it. Before the computer time, sellers would just call other shops and ask if they still have it but in Lidl they even can not do that.

Unlike other Lidl experiences, this Lidl is spatious and have a big selection of products. Staff is very helpful and kind. The only problem is that quite often basic products are missing, it doesn't seem stock is managed properly. I have lost count the amount of times I went there just for their halfvolle milk and found nothing. Usually something is missing, it's hard for me to get everything in one go. Which is disappointing. All in all it's good among the Lidl and this review is about that and not how it compares to AH or other grocery stores.
