Grew up here
Great community, good atmosphere, and great people!!
Tenans leaves their garbage in the elevators. On some floors people hang out in the hallways. No hot water in the winter or cold water in the summer.
It's better than living in the shelter.
Only a single building better than the community houses that New York usually have
