It’s really cool from the outside, somewhat ok on the inside but it takes maybe 10 min to go through. Not worth the price. There are 0 interactions it’s just to see.

Decent price would be 5$ maximum.
The rooms could also be updated or have a theme to be more fun.

In my opinion don’t waste your time with it unless they change the price.

The lady at the desk was helpful and understanding she is the reason this is getting 2 stars rather than none, she’s great! We had a crazy experience from the second we walked into this building kids running wild in fact jumping on top of you and the parents nearly on top of you also. This place needs security or some sort of management to the point where parents who cannot manage their children are kicked out. There was at least 9 children running wild and the parents laughing and standing around as if this is a bar. The lady understood our issue, refunding our money she stated they had been there at least 30 minutes already. Now the house is small if I had the time in the place it would only take 10 minutes to properly see it all. This lady deserves a raise and some headache medication!

Very disappointed with the upside-down house in Niagara. 😠

The price paid is absolutely not worth the experience. 😒 The self-guided tour barely lasts 5 minutes, even if you take time to look at the details.
If you want to take a photo, you have to wait your turn (with several people at a time 🤬), and even then, the photos are difficult to capture. There are obstacles and probably accommodations due to dizziness 😵‍💫
It’s a real tourist trap and definitely not worth the money 🤯. There’s no experience creation 😥, no story behind this so-called masterpiece – no storytelling at all 😳.
They could improve many things in terms of branding and customer service.🫠

Yes, people pay to see art, but a minimum should be offered. It feels effortless – proof being the Google reviews I just read, and they don’t even bother to respond to their customers🤯😳

When you enter the house, you may feel dizzy. The entrance fee is $14 CAD, but the house is quite small. Would I return and pay that price again? No. However, if you've never been here and are curious, I would suggest you visit.

The experience was very fun but I have a couple things to say. The ticket is 14$+ taxe CAD, you have no wait. It doesn’t seem too bad but by how big the house is, you think there is two stories to the house to explore, but there is just one.

It is small , about 6-8 small rooms to visit, some you have full access, other’s you don’t. If you get dizzy or disoriented easily I wouldn’t go in. It is a little sideways inside ( the floor ) .

Cool but not worth the price.

My son and I recently visited the Upside Down House, and we were extremely disappointed with our experience. As soon as we entered, it felt like we were already on our way out. The layout and attractions inside did little to hold our interest, and the entire experience was over in just a few minutes. The only way to prolong our visit would have been to take a step every five minutes, which would have made the experience even more tedious.

The cost of admission was not justified by what was offered. We were expecting something engaging and entertaining, but instead, we found ourselves looking at our watches, wondering how quickly we could leave. The Upside Down House failed to provide any lasting impression, other than the disappointment we felt. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. This visit was memorable only because of how unsatisfying it was.

I think his was a cool idea and fun place to visit. I’ve never been in a home like this. It’s unique and definitely gives you a different sense of perception.

My only drawback to this place is two things. First, it looks very dated and doesn’t appear that any maintenance has been done on it for years. Second, I truly expected much more for the cost of walking through it. It was like 5 rooms on one floor that took us about 10 minutes and for the price over $30 it was not worth it to me.
