I've lived here since 2016. Maria has been the best park manager! Tony keeps up the maintenance nicely.

Nice place , But horrible x ten the drive into the park and leaving. How ridiculous. It's almost eye watering. Come up with a solution to enter park from Tustin Ave. Not a mile one direction through a residential neighborhood.

it is a very friendly place to live. most of the people that own mobiles in the park are very friendly and willing to help.
