Pick n Pay Kwamnyandu

What I experience today at this shop is so unbelievable. The 10 item line was very long, and the cashier who is must help us was busy talking to the other cashier for a long time. After finishing talking, she said we needed to go to another till where they was no cashier to help us. Imagine that. The cashier on the slip is not the one who shouted us. It is the one we were eating. I was very frustrated 😠 😡.

It not a hypermarket so the stuff you get there is limited

I had a very bad experience, as I had to stand for 2 hours in a queue, only 3 cashiers were working the rest were on break.
When I got to the till they had no instant money Wich I had came for.

It is a very prestine place with employees who are maticulas at their job with everything pedanticly placed with also a jaunty vibe within the supermarket ohh you sure to groove on their idyllic tunes as It is a wonderful place if you not in your mind you would easily think you have teleported somewhere around Durban North only that KwaMnyandu has deficiency of whites people since umlazi is predominantly Zulus/blacks

Pick and Pay KwaMnyandu is the best. The shop is always clean, and the shelving is nice and tidy. They have excellent customer service.

Service is very slow in the tills. You find cashiers talking to each other and not attending to customers. Maybe it makes them happy seeing long queues.

Today; 28 February2024 (28/02/2024) is my birth day. I had a horrible experience eating foul smelling rotten cooked/baked fish (bought 5 of them). I'd sent my son as usual, anticipating to have a nice tasty fish; wow!!!! what a stench!!!!
I don't think I'd get over this bad experience in the near future.
