Lost my bag
Got us to the right terminal
GREAT EXPERIENCE
Our pilot was professional take off and landing was without turbulences.
Hard to get to terminal, LAX traffic sucks
Usually good, better than American.
I hate how they prevent us from checking in online just because I get the basic economy tickets. No other airlines I use does that.
