Seeing a doctor for the first time is not giving ANTIBIOTIC! The doctor also told me that my throat was only a little red. I also told him that I would not get better if I took panadol, but I would get even more fever. As a result, he also prescribed panadol. The next day I felt really uncomfortable, so I went to Sentosa to have a blood test. The doctor said My throat is very swollen. I don't understand. You look at my throat but you can't see the swelling and see a little bit of redness? It caused me to go for a blood test and gave 400+.

very bad experience..clinic open at 8am but doctor kept all the patient waited for so long. was told doctor will be here by 8.30am but then after checking with nurse, she said doctor will only be reaching by 9am due to jam. i feel the doctor is wasting all his/her patients time.

The nurse and doctor is very unprofessional… just take an injection of vaccine but blood came out a lot… without any explanation and apologies… totally speechless…

Upon entering the clinic, I noticed a staff member engrossed in her work at the front desk. Despite making eye contact and waiting patiently for acknowledgment, she seemed to purposefully ignore my presence. I understand that she might have been dealing with important matters, but it would have taken just a moment to acknowledge my presence and assure me that she would assist me shortly.

Feel bad for this clinic. I went there twice, the first time, there is alot of ppl, I was waiting for 2hour and it’s still not my turn yet. But, it’s fine, because as there is many patients there. Still can be acceptable.

But the second time I went thr at the early morning like 9am. Only less than 4 patients is on the list. But!!!! It took me 1and half hour to wait! Terrible experience. Never ever come here again .

First time patient at this clinic. The receptionist was nice and helpful, the wait time was not very long considering I came in the morning at a busy time and the doctor was professional and attentive to what problems I described him. Overall good experience, I would choose to come back to this clinic over others.

Why is there such a clinic so not responsible
if you don't want to open you might as well just close it!
My son has a high fever today, came to this clinic at 6pm and nurse said The doctor went to eat, I know the doctor also needs to eat, it’s okay I said I’ll wait, and then I waited for an hour, the doctor still didn’t come, the nurse didn’t care and was sicker than me I ask them doctor if she back?
Ask the nurse you told me 30 minutes right ? But I've been waiting for 1 hour
Where is the Doctor ? The Nurse just said Wait how long should I wait
Can you treat it like this? If can't come back on 30 Min just Infrom us ,I will bring my son to other clinic .Very unprofessional and disappointed Dr Chong, you didn't explain anything, you really don't deserve to be a doctor.

Went the first time today and met GP, Dr Ong. He was rather young but i must say, very professional and attentive to your needs. The clinic was clean and quiet, everyone was efficient in their job! Thumbs up, i assume its a rather new clinic, keep up the good work!
