We visited Vadivelavan Metals to purchase dhaanam items for our forthcoming trip to Kashi. The staff were very helpful in locating the items we required.
They didn’t have the quantity we needed for some items. But they immediately took the order on Friday and promised to deliver the items by Tuesday.
Instead they had the items ready by Sunday itself! We picked up our items on Monday and were very happy with the quality and price.
We commend Vadivelavan staff for such proactive and positive customer service.

They took their time and find for us the vilaku .
Even it was late , they never sulk and happily serve us and gave us the best price
