Had an early lunch here on a Sunday, there are a lot of people but not too much since before 11 dumating na kami. Medyo nahirapan lang kami sa parking.

Service was fast. Mainit lang since walang fan and open area sya. Nice beachfront view as well.

I'll also add na there was a group in front of us that was drinking before noon and they we're really loud so there's that.

I loved their mango shake! So refreshing. All of the food was good. Malaman yung tuna panga and masarap din yung gambas. Yung chicken hindi pasok sa lasa ng mga kids, nasanay sa fastfood chicken. Medyo konti yung serving for it's price as well.

All the food costs us about 3k+ with service charge. It's pretty expensive but once in a while it's nice treat my family to these kind of places. Hope to go back soon!

We ordered mango shakes, churros (dessert), smoked bangus and pork longanisa.

They served the dessert first before the meal so the ice cream is already melting . The churros were hard, taste is so so. I was expecting a soft fried smoked bangus (milkfish). It was fried more than smoked. The mango shake, maybe it’s meant that way. Its tastes like unripe mango mixed with water. It was served aesthetically though. Good view as well, it was a nice spot overlooking the sea. The pork longanisa was good btw. But the food isnt really something you would want to come back to.

Good for eyes, but don’t expect too much with the food.

View is good just way too many people. Buy 1 take 1 cocktail drink around 3-6pm sunset promo.

It’s hard to call a waiter, too many people!

I tried the riptide, sorry but it doesn’t taste good for me, i like the simple presentation tho.

Dinner at Kabsat on November 15, 2024, with friends after 44 years was a memorable experience. The beachfront location was ideal for reconnecting, with stunning sunset views that added to the charm. We savored entrees like squid and pinakbet, paired with cold, refreshing beverages that complemented the flavorful dishes.

The ambiance was delightful, enhanced by the soothing music that perfectly suited the setting. It felt like the perfect place to relax and reminisce. The staff’s attentiveness and the excellent service elevated the dining experience further.

However, there was a minor hiccup with the final bill, which required revision. Thankfully, the issue was resolved promptly and adjusted to the correct amount. Despite this, the overall experience was outstanding. Kabsat proved to be an excellent venue for catching up with friends and creating lasting memories. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a scenic and welcoming dining spot.

Had our breakfast here during our first day in La Union. The vibe is very cool and the alfresco dining is very refreshing. One of the restos in LU that you have to try.
I enjoyed my experience in Kabsat La Union. Knowing that it is already popular for both local and tourist the price for its food is not cheap but not overly expensive. I enjoyed as well the happy hour, must try as it is buy one take one cocktail. My most favorite from what i ordered was dinakdakan and riptide :) Lounging in the beach bed is also a good experience to vibe with energetic crowd. Visit hour around 5-8 pm and the sunset was the highlight :) Thank you for the good food and service.
