Really good burger. As someone who doesn't speak good german, ordering here while the employees make jokes and laugh about whatever young kids laugh about is a bit of a challenge. Apart from that everything's good.

Literally my favourite burger place in Wiesbaden! The food tastes really good and the employees are really friendly.

Good burger, fries are OK (a bit heavy). Fast service.

This burger spot should be renamed to, "Crack Burgers" because one bite of their food will have you addicted! Seriously, that's what my friend and I called it instead of its official title. We've never had anything so good in our lives.
The first time I bit into their burger was back in August 2022. I pulled away from my meal in pure shock when the flavors hit my mouth. I couldn't believe what I was tasting.
It was so rich, juicy, and soft. I almost cried knowing none of the burgers back in my country tasted so good. If I could be any cartoon character, I'd be Plankton from "Spongebob Squarepants" so I can devise a plan to steal their secret formula!
Their fries are just as good; although not the typical french fries that you'd have with a burger. While they do offer regular with no toppings, I'd suggest you try their poutine inspired fries with a trio of toppings: Guac, Tomato, & Sour Cream. Frankly, I never have the stomach to finish the entire plate, but I can't resist getting it every single time. I promise that I'd at least complete the sour cream portion, since that is my favorite part.
Their normal poutine with cheese & syrup is my least favorite of everything I've tried. It's not necessarily bad, just doesn't rank as high as the others. Plus, if you don't eat fast enough, you might just develop an "ick" at the feel of your fries being drenched in syrup. My advice is when you order these fries with toppings, invite a friend who'd share with you. My friend was there, but she refused to try any of them. Would've been a big help to clean off my plate.
You should be met with an employee who speaks enough English to take your order. Some were fluent while others were not, but I'd say all were speaking far better than I do with German. The menu has no English translation however, so I'd recommend you look it up beforehand to translate and confirm what you want before visiting.
Their seating area is just lovely, with a Japanese theme all around. Their food isn't Asian, but their setting sure is with lots of cherry blossoms to take photographs with. They also have seats that give a great view of outside, so you can watch people carrying on with their lives. If that doesn't interest you, they also have a large table in a corner (you'd find it as you're going up the staircase) where you can eat; preferably for those with a huge party or just want a little extra privacy.
When you're done eating, you can leave your tray of food on a metal shelf where they take care of the rest. This is convenient because as I mentioned earlier, my fries were almost never finished, so it saved me a lot of embarrassment. Best believe that I would've ordered takeaway if I could.
My last time eating here was in October 2023, and things could change since that time, but if the chefs know any better, they'd keep their cooking the way it is. This is a burger place that presents itself as a high-class restaurant, because it could be. With its stunning decor, swift service, and incredible food, you can have all the pleasure of experiencing nirvana in just your t-shirt and pants.
Traumkuh is more than a place that sells burgers. It's an out-of-this-world experience.

Typical modern burger spot. Self service. Little pricy but ok to good food. Sweet potato fries quite standard, cheese burger fine. If I go there again, I would ask for less burger sauce. Didn’t like it that much. Tasted a little bit like Indian spices.
Bath room could be cleaned more thoroughly. Still, the spot is a good choice.

Go for the Juarez 187, chili cheese burgers because they are great. Lemonade was very delicious. Freshly prepared burgers, the patty was very nicely cooked the bun was a little hard on the surface but the taste was divine. The décor is very calming and inspiring, with Japanese cherry blossoms and cozy lighting. My fries were perfectly cooked and had a sprinkle of rosemary. The staff was nice and understanding, this place is well worth a visit for burger lovers 😀

Just came out of Traumkuh, and I can tell you it won’t be the last time! Freshly prepared burger’s and what a fantastic choice.. go for the homemade sauce’s because they are great.. a very nice selection of drinks to round off the meal. My Fries were perfectly cooked and with a smattering of rosemary 😋 the interior is very relaxing and inspiring Japanese cherry blossoms and warm lighting the toilets were nice and clean too.
