The machien wasn't working today. Needed an urgent photo but couldn't take it. It froze at the camera adjustment part

Used this self-service photo box for visa photo, everything is working normally except the email photo sending feature.

It keep showing "printing in progress" even I already received the printed photo.

It's an extra work for me when I need to send email to their support, only to receive the photo files.

Dear developer, please check and fix this issue

Sometimes it’s broken, and nobody’s there accountable for fixing it. Otherwise, it’s the best solution for fast photos.
