Not recommended due to excessively high prices. However, I acknowledge the courteous behavior of the employees, hence the two-star rating.
I wanted a month worth of drum lessons with Joe after seeing his great skills online. I overlooked the fact that I had accidentally signed up for recurring lessons, so I did not cancel the 2nd month in time. Bryan helped out and allowed a one-time courtesy for a refund. Good people.

The customer service was good and the staff was friendly, but I'm giving a low rating based on the repairs made to my instrument. The soldering job was messy and it would have been nice to know what to expect the trumpet to look like after the work was done, otherwise I might have rethought some of the repairs. I should have gotten a second opinion.
Very unprofessional. My son's band teacher had to call them in order to get my sons instrument fixed in time for him to get it back before band camp. I paid for it a month ago to the date of it being ready for pick up. Took a whole month to fix it? First time something like this has happened but I am looking for another spot.
I brought my instruments here from 6th grade until 12th grade when I graduated, and they were never able to fix a single issue with any one of my instruments.
For example, I brought my oboe in one time because I had a few pads sticking/leaking and a loose E-flat pinky key. I very clearly told them the issue and when I got it back all of the issues were still there, as if they put it on a shelf and did nothing with it for a week.

Helpful customer service and free ship-to-store on materials. They have cute, music-nerd flair like buttons, pins, keychains, bumper stickers and tiny instrument Christmas ornaments.
I had a wonderful experience there. Eric was very knowledgeable in the violin and helps me on knowing the differences. He also was able to replace my Precision tuner quickly and at a great price too. Great service!
