I was fortunate to associate with PAM as i own a house managed by the PAM team. I must say that they are very professional in their work and truly knowledgeable in what they do. I would like to make a special mention about Mr. Shabir Ahmed, who really supported me to clear doubts on the building and also on the service elevator even when it was late night! Appreciate it!

As a resident of Topaz Avenue, I felt that the services provided by PAM exceeded our expectations. For the move-in, we were informed in advance with the required details, and they made the necessary arrangements to obtain approvals. The building manager, Mr. Shabir, and the supervisor, Mr. Asjad, helped us significantly throughout the process. You can reach them by phone or email at any time; if they are busy, they can also be reached through WhatsApp, and you will receive a response in a timely manner. The building is well-maintained, and all the facilities are fantastic. Mr. Shabir is always there to help when you need assistance for sure.

They're unprofessional, they do not care about the people living in the building. All they care about is pay the service charge on time and nothing else. There has been a leak in the building which has caused a huge damage on the apartment and now they simply refuse to answer the phone and every time they say that we will call you back and respond to your email but they don't, I am requesting for a meeting today and they still haven't provided me with an appointment, almost an hour on a call with them. The call so far with them with no solution, all this to request for a meeting today because they're not being helpful, and they refuse to put me on touch with a manager, as the manager herself is refusing to speak to me.

The building management in Axis 2 is the worst . They neglect serious issues, never respond to emails, and show zero respect for tenants. We’ve raised concerns multiple times, but nothing gets done, and communication is non-existent. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with such unprofessionalism. They simply don’t care about the people living here.

The worst building management, they never replies to complains on their email, but they are ready to send a big email for a silly fine. In Marina diamond 3 they installed the worse system where you only should use your phone to enter the parking and the building. Then they created a fine list if you do not use your phone as if phones never or should never turn off 😂😂
And they have one security guy who thinks he is a solidier 😂😂😂😂 always keeping people ( guests ) waiting outside and making traffic on the building barrier only because he is a soldier 😂😂😂😂

Worst maintenance management ever!
Having a roof water leakage due to rain since over 1 year - I kept reporting it but neither the building maintenance nor the landlord/his agency took care about it instead they came up with lies telling me I need to fix it since I am not maintaining the property correctly and its apparently an AC issue. Recent heavy rains caused further severe damage letting the ceiling soak so much with water that it fell down. Not only did I cleaned the mess also until now no further action was taken to fix it. They only sent again maintenance team to file another "report" - out of 50 their already filed - and told me to be patient. Let's see how may months this will take now.
