To customer services of Sharaf travel Dubai, we had a very good time on our tour. Our guide, Mr Godwin Joseph, was a brilliant man with many skills. He has lots of knowledge about Dubai. It felt like we right at home. All the places we were introduced to were beyond our expectations. Every moment gave us new experiences. Up high in the buildings, to down by the river and through the desert the adventures were endless and we will always cherish the time in our hearts. Thank you to Mr Godwin for making our trip to Dubai memorable. Thumbs up to him for doing such an amazing job. And well done to the company for having an excellent tour guide.

we had an enjoyed n awesome trip during 6 days in Dubai.i could say this was the most happening trip i've ever had before and i will recommend to my friends to join trip with your company! Godwin@Joseph had done a great job taking care of us.He fulfilled our request every details of it.he always look energetic and smiles.never show any gestures that he was tired.my daughter was not feeling well during our visit to miracle garden n he took care of her until we safely back to hotel.i was so touched and pray that he will be success in his career.God bless this young man!

Only because I cannot put a zero. When it comes to treating directly with the agency, it's very hard. We are not able to get answers from them through phone or emails when our deadlines are due this week-end. When we call their number, we keep being forwarded without any explanation. Truly disappointed.
If you cannot do something, just say "sorry, we cannot meet your deadline" simple.

Very good arrangements made for our trip to Tashkent & Samarkand. Annie from Sharaf Travels was very helpful and prompt in ensuring our requirements were met inspite of our last minute travel plans …

I would really take a moment and would like to thank Noor from Sharaf travel for making my trip happen. She had curated a great itinerary with all the minute details and I really liked it and appreciated it. Even at every point whenever I needed help or I was stuck, she was there to help despite any time zone. 🙏🏻

I feel like this trip was not possible without her support, specifically for Paris, as Paris was completely closed due to Olympics but she managed to get us the tickets for Eiffel tower and even other stuff around.

I really look forward to my next holiday.
