My experience with them is very good. I had there yatch for 2-3 times and i never feel regret . They maintain cleanliness and staff is very professional. Highly recommended ✅🖤😊

The services were below average, will not recommend to anyone - Mr Naren was not flexible- for eg when he arranged the cab for inter hotel transfer, I discussed with the driver to add one stop for which even driver agreed and i informed Mr Naren that i have added one stop before reaching and pay the extra charges which were approx AED 50 ( as per driver Careem app) but he told me not to do so and he will arrange a cab post reaching other hotel. However later he informed AED 230 charges which was waste of both time and money
Also sharing basis trip was not planned properly throughout the trip

Though I agree this is not part of the package, I already agreed for compensating for additional charges as market was near to my first hotel from where pick up was scheduled.
We book travel for convenience and guidance as we are new in that country, your agent could have arranged or informed us about way of transport through cab in morning itself before pick up (since same was discussed previous day) but instead of guiding, agent chose to waste time and quoted high charges also.

Additionally, city tour was delayed by almost an hour which clashed with my miracle garden timings (already booked slot for this). If you dont allow any changes and flexibility in your package, we as customers also dont prefer change in our schedule as we have also planned some things based on your provided timings (especially when I have to plan my baby's day)

Even Marina cruise for sharing basis, my pickup was done at 6 pm and till 8 pm i was picking other customers and by 9-9.30 pm i had reached cruise dinner place which was not convenient at the same time.
Not going to recommend to anyone!!!!

This was one of the best organised Dubai trip, Naren was very helpful and available throughout the trip. SIC and private car drivers are very well organised and will give u all the details required.
