Great semifinal match (Fritz vs. Tiafo), but very crowded. Everyone except guests with credentials had to enter Ashe on the southside of the stadium. That meant walking around an extremely congested ESPN broadcast area. Thankfully the 7 PM match was pushed back to 7:30 PM. There was insufficient time to enter the grounds, shop, take photos, participate in activities, get an alcholic drink and be seated when the gates open at 6 PM. I wanted a glass of Grey Goose the listed all of the men and women champs, but lines were too long pre-match, and the drink stands were closed by the time the match finished. The subway to and from the Open was excellent. Weather was great!

After years of playing tennis, and more recently pickleball, I finally went to the US Open in 2024. I can safely say that this will now become an annual tradition. I got tickets for the 11AM session on Day 1. At first glance, I was very impressed with the size and scale of the venue. I had tickets for the Louis Armstrong stadium - all the signs and staff made it quick and easy to find my spot. After the first match of the day ended, I explored the many shops and food stalls - there was a massive selection, all types of food. Beware… prices are high. Although I wasn’t able to reserve a slot in the AMEX Centurion Lounge, I was quite satisfied with the regular AMEX fan experience center. Lots of interactive games and crafts, drinks, shops… and free stuff! Got some free sunscreen, snacks, and small trinkets. I really enjoyed walking around the venue and going to the other first-come-first-serve courts. HOWEVER, if you plan to do this - I would advise you to download the US OPEN app.. and find the time of the matches you’re interested in. There will be a line to get in, so get there while the previous match is wrapping up. That way, when the game ends and the changeover happens, you can get in and get seated quickly. Don’t just walk around randomly and expect to get seated at any court - plan ahead!
Overall, amazing venue, great experience, will do it again next year. Highly recommend.

The grounds and vendors are enhanced every year. This makes it one of the most appealing sport events in the U.S. as a whole. Given the international players and crowd, it is a pleasure to connect with fans from all over. Yes, close seats will be quite expensive, however great care was taken in the stadium design to have a great view even from the top! In my opinion the first week is the best, as all courts are in play. It's easy enough to walk up court side on outer matches to experience it close up.

What can you say... I went with my wife to see the US open quarter finals games on a day... The organization was clearly experienced and the whole operation was so smooth, seating was excellent and the availability of vendors was excellent... The matches were so cool and it was a pleasure to having been there.

Wonderful time for the US Open 2024
Seats are fantastic-food courts have a lot to offer-all staff I encountered was friendly. The games-I suppose that matters by who you’re watching :) but the ones I saw were amazing matches!

I visited the US Open Fan Week. The facilities were excellent, but during this period, there was a lot of traffic around the stadium. While traffic control was a bit lacking, the stadium itself was of a very high standard. The parking fees were expensive, but it was less crowded than expected. However, finding the parking lot was a bit difficult for first-timers.

Security people and customer service people who are regulating the spectators at the courts, have inconsistent manners. Some are helpful and respectful, some are incredibly rude.
I think the organization should evaluate them during the hiring process and run an anonymous check of their performance during the event.
Tickets for the US Open are not chip and we need to receive the service we pay for.

Luxury awaits you at The Overlook at the US Open! The experience was absolutely top-notch, with an incredible variety of food that was simply amazing. The gelatos were a standout, delicious and refreshing. We had front row tickets, giving us an unbeatable view of the action. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. Best of all, we could go back as many times as we wanted for treats, making the experience even more indulgent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the US Open in style and comfort!
