Should be open earlier in the morning to allow people to buy papers and cigarettes. 9 am is too late. Staff are friendly though
The WHSmith in Thetford is a nice shop with a good range of books and stationary, I did find the stationary side to be great especially when I was studying and needed high quality products such as Oxford Notepads and good quality pens.
I'm deducting a star because a lot of the products are on the pricer side especially cigarettes, when I smoked I did find them to be really expensive on here, like maybe a few pounds extra compared to the other shops.

Beautifully air conditioned. A pleasure to shop here . They have changed the lighting now, and it is far more easy to browse. The shop is remarkably tidy and staff very helpful.
Their contact computer system doesn't correspond with what they have on the shop floor. Apparently the item I was looking for was not available. Then I found it elsewhere in the shop. The whole store is a mix mash. They don't open on time either.
Ok selection of books on the shelf. Need to improve their range of fantasy novels in-store I think.
They have a lot of products but their price and quality is disgusting. I recently bought a book that costed more than was stated on the tag it had but whatever, but when I took it home I found some pages to be covered in pen scribbles.
